• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• The mobile banking number used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• If you experience any issues during the deposit process, notify the support team immediately and keep your transaction ID on hand.
• Hagzy does not charge any deposit fees; however, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

Hagzy reserves the right to decline any deposit refund request if the funds in question have already been used to place bets.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified and any applicable wagering requirements must be met.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Standard withdrawals typically take between 15 minutes and up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Hagzy reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if fraud is suspected.

General Terms and Conditions for All Bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Welcome Bonus: A total wagering requirement of x10 the combined deposit and bonus amount must be completed.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire after this period.

• Odds change rapidly during live betting. Odds displayed before a bet is confirmed may differ at the time of acceptance.
• For events where the cash-out feature is available, the cash-out value is determined by the platform.

Hagzy reserves the right to set betting limits and may adjust any member's betting limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hagzy. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Interfering with or tampering with the platform's systems or software.
• Match fixing or coordinated betting with other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Misuse of promotional offers or bonus farming.
